JTU Accounting Group has a long and proud history of servicing the local Canterbury business community as well as the business and farming community in Alexandra in north east Victoria.

Jim Ulrich started as a sole trader after a career in large, medium and small accounting practices.  During this time he was able to gain extensive knowledge in the requirements to run, manage and assist owners in running businesses and, more importantly, how to grow the business profitably.  

After deciding to be more proactive in assisting business Jim commenced Jim Ulrich & Associates Pty Ltd. It was established in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne in 2003 to service the accounting and taxation needs of local small business owners. Two decades later the practice has grown significantly and built a reputation for delivering quality service and advice to small to medium sized businesses. We now provide an extensive range of business, taxation, accounting and financial services to meet our clients ever changing needs.

The team are continually seeking and implementing new ideas and utilising modern technology to improve efficiencies so we can spend more time helping our clients grow and develop their businesses and farms. 

While the personnel have changed over the years, our commitment to provide timely, quality and affordable professional advice, exceptional value and service remains a constant.

We believe in ‘personalised’ service and unlike most accountants we like to visit clients at their work place to get detailed knowledge and understanding of their business, their services and products plus put a face to their staff.
